Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We offer a warranty policy to provide our customers with peace of mind and ensure that our products meet their expectations. Please carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of our warranty policy.

Warranty Period
Our products are covered by a warranty for a period of 2 years from the retail customer’s purchase date. During this time, we will repair or replace any defective product, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. If repair or replacement is not possible we will issue a credit note.

Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must complete our warranty claim form and provide all required information. The claim must be submitted within 30 days after the retail customer has submitted the claim at the retailer. Our team will review the claim and inform the customer if it has been approved or rejected.

Holding period
The customer must keep the product at hold for a minimum of 8 weeks after the claim has been submitted or return it to us. The product must be stored responsible and protected from further damages.

Credit Note
If the warranty claim is approved, please note that we will not issue a credit note until the product has been returned or proof of destruction has been provided. We reserve the right to inspect the product to confirm the defect and ensure that it has not been tampered with.

Our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, as stated in this warranty policy. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to other property.

This warranty policy is subject to change without notice. The current policy at the time of purchase will apply.
